We got plastered

Whilst we were down south enjoying a few vinos, the house also was getting plastered! It is looking more and more house like.

All of the inside render is nearly finished, just the main bedroom and study to be done, and then the front of house.

A new roof!

Slow progress the last couple of weeks due to the dreaded rain. But plenty of work has been done nonetheless!


The electrician came and did all the wiring, the plumbing is in, the downpipes and gutters were done, along with the ceiling to the alfresco and garage. And the one we had patiently been awaiting....... the roof tiles went on!!!! yayyyy now we laugh in the face of rain he he he....
Also, to our surprise while the guys are finishing off the tiles, different tradies were inside doing the rendering to the walls!

Roof Timbers finished

This week the roof timbers were completed, and work done by the electrician and plumber. Another step closer to lock up.... Yay! We can't believe our luck with the weather. Considering we are now in winter, every day last week was sun shining!! We are sure our luck is set to run out shortly.
