Land Settlement

Finally after several errors and much stress the land has officially settled. So we now proudly own our patch of sand. And our bank balance has hit 6 figures..... but pity it's in red and has that nasty little -ve sign in front of it!!

So when will the build start??? The plans are STILL at council, but we have been told approval should be back in approx 2 weeks, from then we expect the slab to go down shortly afterwards. So fingers crossed it starts by the end of February.
