Water Tap & some frustrations

Well we took a drive past the block on boxing day and we discovered a brand spanking new water meter!! Yep, we were excited about our new addition to the patch of sand.

On a more annoying note.... due to a monumental stuff up by the bank our settlement on the land has been delayed. Was due to settle on the last day of 2008..... but on the day they discovered the error and GRRRRR it didn't happen!! But unfortunately mistakes happen & after some stern words from myself to those involved, settlement has been planned AGAIN for 13th January. Hopefully this shouldn't cause a delay to the start of the build as the builders are closed for the festive season anyways... but we are getting very antsy and keen for some action to happen soon!
